English language certificates accepted at RTU

Mandatory English Proficiency Proof

If English is not your native language, all international students are required to provide a proof of English language knowledge. Preferably you should submit one of the following certificates with a minimum scores of:

IELTS – min overall grade of 5.5
TOFEL iBT – min 72
TOFEL paper-base – min 532
TOEIC – min 780
Cambridge exam – FCE
Pearson PTE – min 59
Duolingo – min 95

If none of the above applies, but your studies at secondary school or university were in English Language, provide a confirmation letter from your school, unless it states on your secondary school certificate that medium of instructions were in English Language.
In case of any doubts, RTU reserves the rights to ask for an official language certificate as listed above.
